We are happy to announce that the state of Illinois has extended the submission period for
petitions to add debilitating conditions to the Illinois Medical Cannabis Pilot Program!

The new deadline is February 28, 2015. 

Right now, the list of qualifying conditions for medical cannabis in Illinois is far too limited. Help us change that so more suffering people can have the opportunity to benefit from the pilot program one day.

There is no limit on the number each person is allowed to submit so please feel free to fill out more than one. Please note that only one condition is allowed per petition.

We will be submitting petitions that meet all of the requirements for a successful submission so that you don’t have to worry about following the state’s tricky instructions.

We would like to give a SPECIAL THANK YOU to everyone who showed up for our petition event.  It was a huge success and we were able to get up to a total of 72 completed petitions 
because of the effort and enthusiasm that was volunteered.
